SUMMER SOLSTICE SUMMIT TERMS AND AGREEMENTS

 

1. General Agreement
By registering for and attending the Summer Solstice Summit ("Event"), you ("Attendee") acknowledge and agree to abide by all terms, conditions, and policies set forth by The Tarot Diagnosis LLC ("Organizer"). The Event is for informational and entertainment purposes only and is not a substitute for professional, financial, legal, or medical advice.

 

2. Ticket Purchase & Refund Policy

  • Tickets are refundable up to 7 days before the event. Contact us at SummerSolsticeSummit@gmail.com

  • Tickets are not transferrable.

  • In the event of postponement or rescheduling, tickets will be valid for the new date, and refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

 

3. Intellectual Property & Recording Policy

  • All presentations, workshops, materials, and recorded sessions are the intellectual property of The Tarot Diagnosis LLC and the respective presenters.

  • Attendees may not record, reproduce, share, or distribute any content from the Event without express written permission.

  • The Event will be recorded, and by attending, Attendees grant permission for their likeness, voice, and participation to be captured and used by the Organizer for marketing, educational, or promotional purposes.

  • Attendees may have access to recordings for a limited time as specified by the Organizer.

  • The Organizer will make every reasonable effort to record all scheduled presentations; however, technical issues may arise that are beyond the Organizer’s control. Therefore, the Organizer cannot guarantee the availability or quality of recorded presentations. By registering for this event, participants acknowledge and accept that no refunds will be issued in the event that recordings are unavailable due to technical failure or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

4. Code of Conduct & Community Guidelines

  • The Organizer is committed to creating a safe and inclusive space. Any form of harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

  • Attendees agree to engage respectfully in all Event discussions, breakout sessions, and interactive components.

  • The Organizer reserves the right to remove any Attendee violating these guidelines without a refund.

 

5. Privacy & Data Use

  • The Organizer may collect and use Attendee information for communication regarding the Event and future offerings.

  • Attendee data will not be sold or shared with third parties without consent.

  • Third-party platforms (e.g., Zoom) may collect Attendee data per their own privacy policies.

 

6. Liability Waiver

  • Attendees participate in the Event at their own risk. The Organizer is not responsible for any personal, financial, or professional outcomes resulting from participation.

  • The Organizer disclaims all liability for any technical failures, interruptions, or issues beyond their control. In the event of technical failure, tickets will be valid for the new date, and refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

  • Attendees release and hold harmless The Tarot Diagnosis LLC, its employees, contractors, and presenters from any claims, damages, or losses incurred due to participation in the Event.  

  • By purchasing a ticket and attending the Summer Solstice Summit you understand that these workshops are not a form of mental health care, counseling, or consultation. Attending this event does not constitute a professional relationship with any of the presenters or the organizer of the event, Shannon Knight and The Tarot Diagnosis LLC.

  • The Summer Solstice Summit is for entertainment and educational purposes only.

 

7. Technical & Access Issues

  • Attendees are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and compatible device to access the Event.

  • Limited technical support will be available during the Event, but the Organizer is not responsible for individual access issues.

 

8. Presenter & Schedule Changes

  • The Organizer reserves the right to change presenters, topics, or the Event schedule as needed without prior notice.

  • Any such changes will be communicated as promptly as possible.

 

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

  • Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Event shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Arizona.

 

10. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing a ticket the Event, Attendees acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Agreements.
